Tuckers Cove is a newer gated Lennar section of Babcock Ranch in Charlotte County, and it is still being built. Lennar markets it from a sales office at 15330 Jadestone Drive, with Punta Gorda (33982) mailing addresses, and in October 2026 the builder showed 46 homes available across six product lines (Lennar, Oct 2026). Resale records already include homes finished in 2024, so buyers can choose between brand-new inventory and lightly lived-in resales on streets such as Bluewater Road and Anchorage Road.
Homes and Prices
Lennar’s October 2026 price list started with two-story townhomes at $237,999 (Berkly, 1,879 sq ft), then villas from $270,499, patio homes from $293,999, Executive homes from the mid-$300,000s, Manor homes from the $430,000s and Estate homes from $541,499. At the top is the six-bedroom Washingtonia at 3,867 sq ft from $586,999, and the Estate line reaches $657,999 for the 3,945 sq ft Wynwood (Lennar, Oct 2026). For a resale comparison, a 2024 three-bedroom, 1,564 sq ft attached home on Anchorage Road sold at its $255,000 asking price in October 2025 (MLS, Oct 2025).
Amenities and Lifestyle
The signature feature is The Cove, a ship-themed water-park amenity with slides, a lazy river, a splash pad, a sandy beach area and a waterfront restaurant and bar. Lennar announced in July 2026 that it would open Labor Day weekend (Lennar, Jul 2026). Residents also get a fitness center and aerobics studio, lighted tennis courts, pickleball and basketball, baseball and soccer fields, a fishing lake, a dog park and a lifestyle director running weekly events.
HOA and Fees
The Anchorage Road resale showed $423 per quarter in HOA fees plus $473 per quarter in other association charges, and pets are allowed with conditions (MLS, Oct 2025). Lennar does not publish dues, so get the HOA budget for the exact home you are pricing. Babcock Ranch-wide accounts and assessments are handled separately from the neighborhood association, so ask for both statements.

Tuckers Cove is inside the Babcock Ranch town limits off State Road 31, and Founder’s Square is a short golf cart ride away (NV Realty Group).
