CYPRESS WOODS RV RESORT

Cypress Woods RV Resort is a gated, lake-centered RV resort at 5551 Luckett Road in east Fort Myers (ZIP 33905). Most listings here are not houses. They are privately owned RV lots, many with a concrete pad, paver patio and small storage or utility building, in a resort with more than 470 owned lots run by a homeowners association board (CamplinQ resort profile, accessed Oct 2026).
Homes and Prices
Lots range from about 46 x 90 feet to 75 x 90 feet, and many back onto the fishing lakes or look out over them (CamplinQ, accessed Oct 2026). The resort accepts motor homes, fifth wheels and Class C RVs. Most lots include a 10 x 12 foot storage unit, and some owners have built these out with a small kitchen, toilet and shower (RVPark.com lot listing). Lakefront lots usually sell for more than interior ones. Buyers should check what improvements come with the lot and which RV lengths fit the pad.
Amenities and Lifestyle
The resort has two clubhouses. One is a 12,000 sq ft Town Center with a ballroom and stage, a full kitchen, card and craft rooms and a library. There are also two heated pools with a spa, a fitness room and a day spa, plus shuffleboard, lighted tennis, pickleball, bocce and horseshoes. Owners can fish in the lakes, and an activities calendar runs through the winter season (CamplinQ; RVPark.com). Lots have full hookups with 20, 30 and 50 amp service and high-speed internet.
HOA and Fees
An owners’ board governs the resort, and owners pay association dues. We did not find a published, dated fee schedule, so ask the seller for the current assessment, the rules on park models and rentals, and any limits on how long an RV may stay. Location
Luckett Road crosses I-75 just north of the Palm Beach Boulevard (SR 80) area, so getting onto the interstate is easy. From there it is a short drive to Southwest Florida International Airport, the Colonial Boulevard and Gateway shopping areas, and downtown Fort Myers along the Caloosahatchee River.
