The roughly 12,000 sq ft clubhouse has a fitness room, a billiards room, a card and game room, laundry and private showers. Outside are a heated pool with lap lanes, a hot tub, tennis, pickleball, bocce and shuffleboard, with fiber internet and Wi-Fi throughout.
