Babcock National is Lennar’s golf and country club neighborhood inside Babcock Ranch, on the northeast side of Founders Square across Lake Babcock. Lennar announced it in October 2018, with sales starting in early 2019 and prices beginning in the $200,000s (Lennar, Oct 2018). The 18-hole, par-72 course, designed by Gordon Lewis, opened in 2020 (Naples Golf Guy, 2026).
Homes and Prices
Lennar built a broad mix of terrace and veranda condominiums, coach homes, executive homes and estate homes, with 18 designs from about 1,120 to 3,473 square feet (Golf Course Industry, 2020). One local golf-community guide put single-family prices at about $500,000 to $1.09 million and condos at about $155,000 to $480,000 (Naples Golf Guy, 2026).
Amenities and Lifestyle
The clubhouse has a country-coastal design and sits next to a resort-style pool with a waterfall, a fitness center with a sauna and a tennis center (Lennar, Oct 2018). Membership comes with the home, but not every home includes golf. Some properties carry a social membership only, golf memberships are capped at about 800, and non-resident memberships are not offered (Naples Golf Guy, 2026). Before you write an offer, confirm in writing whether a specific address has golf or social status.
HOA and Fees
Owners belong to the Babcock National sub-HOA and to the town-wide Babcock Ranch Residential Association, which posts each service area’s budget and the sub-HOA contacts. Babcock’s master association charges resale buyers a 0.25% community enhancement fee and a working capital fee at closing (BRRA, Oct 2026). Club dues, the master fee and the Independent Special District assessment on the tax bill all add up, so ask for the full annual cost for the exact home.
Location
Founders Square, Babcock’s town center with its restaurants, shops and lake, is across Lake Babcock. SR 31 runs south to SR 80, which leads west to I-75.
