VERONA WALK

Verona Walk (often written VeronaWalk) is a gated DiVosta Homes community in Southeast Naples, laid out on lakefront peninsulas that are tied together by bridges and walkways. It is not age restricted, although its activity calendar appeals to many retirees and seasonal owners. Homes in recent listings carry build years from 2004 to 2010, and one local brokerage reports the community was completed in 2014 (Naples Condo Boutique, Jun 2026).
Homes and Prices
Buyers choose among single-family homes, attached villas and townhomes in one- and two-story plans with two to four bedrooms, generally 1,392 to 2,507 sq ft under air. In early June 2026 there were 22 homes for sale with a median asking price of $712,000 and an average of about $334 per sq ft. Closed sales from September 2025 through June 2026 ranged from $330,000 on Rozzini Lane to $1,030,000 on Julia Lane (Naples Condo Boutique, Jun 2026).
Amenities and Lifestyle
The waterfront Town Center is the hub. It holds a resort-style pool and a lap pool, a fitness center, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, basketball and bocce, plus rooms used for ballroom dancing, cards and a library. A small commercial strip inside the community has had a restaurant, bank branch, hair and nail salons, a post office and a car wash. Trails loop around the lakes and over the footbridges.
HOA and Fees
We could not confirm a public website for the homeowners association, and current dues were not published in the sources we reviewed, so request the fee schedule and budget from the listing agent. Published rules allow pets without height or weight limits and up to three leases a year, each for at least 90 days (Naples Condo Boutique, Jun 2026).
Location
The entrance is on Collier Boulevard south of I-75 Exit 101, directly south of Tamarindo and across the road from Lely Resort. Marco Island is a straight drive south on Collier Boulevard, and Physicians Regional Medical Center on Collier Boulevard is close by. Assigned schools have included Lely Elementary, Manatee Middle and Lely High.
