Tamarindo is a small gated D.R. Horton neighborhood in East Naples (ZIP 34114), off Collier Boulevard between US 41 and I-75, on the stretch of road that leads toward Marco Island. The builder announced about 250 homes, with roughly 100 in the first phase near Sabal Palm Road, and set aside around two dozen acres of nature preserve (Naples Condo Boutique). Homes went up in 2022 and 2023, so nearly everything on the market is close to new.
Homes and Prices
All homes are detached single-family plans, mostly one story, of about 1,600 to just over 2,400 sq ft, on streets such as Tamarindo Lane, Polihale Way and Spiaggio Court. Only five homes closed in the year through September 2026, at a median of roughly $615,000 (Move With Momentum, Sep 2026). In fall 2026 a 2022 two-bedroom plus den with 1,818 sq ft near the entrance was listed at $629,900, while a 2023 home with 2,034 sq ft, a den usable as a fourth bedroom and a 0.16-acre lot asked $869,000 (MLS via Real Geeks, Oct 2026).
Amenities and Lifestyle
Residents share a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis, pickleball and bocce, with four lakes running through the property (MLS via Real Geeks, 2026).
HOA and Fees
One 2026 listing showed HOA dues of $902 per quarter, or $3,608 a year, covering lawn and landscape care, irrigation water and the amenities (MLS via Real Geeks, Oct 2026). Deed restrictions bar commercial vehicles and RVs, and pets are allowed with conditions. We could not find a public association website, so request the governing documents and rental rules from the listing agent.
Location
Physicians Regional Medical Center on Collier Boulevard is within about a mile, and listings point to a planned Costco nearby. Marco Island’s beaches lie to the south and Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples to the west, each reached by Collier Boulevard and US 41.
