Marina Bay is a gated GL Homes community in south Fort Myers (ZIP 33913), reached from Daniels Parkway via Treeline Avenue and Silver Ridge Boulevard, a short drive from I-75 exit 131. The association counts 796 homes arranged around 16 lakes, including 123 twin-villa buildings that hold 246 deeded villas on Five Waters Circle, Meadowrun Circle and Lakewood Preserve Place (Marina Bay association site, Oct 2026). The remaining homes are detached single-family houses.
Homes and Prices
The twin villas are the entry point. A 2015 two-bedroom plus den with 1,857 air-conditioned square feet and a two-car garage on Five Waters Circle sold for $433,000 in October 2026 after listing at $475,000 (MLS via BEX Realty, Oct 2026). Detached models climb well past 4,000 square feet: a 2018 six-bedroom, five-bath home with a three-car garage on a Chesapeake Bay Drive cul-de-sac (Marina Bay Plat Two) came to market in June 2026 at $783,995 (MLS via BEX Realty, Jun 2026).
Amenities and Lifestyle
The clubhouse complex has a resort pool, lap pool and spa, a fitness center with an aerobics studio, billiards and hobby rooms, and an indoor sports court. Outside are tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, a splash pad and playground, and walking trails along the lakes.
HOA and Fees
The association posts community information on the Marina Bay association site. Dues are billed quarterly and differ by home type: $1,094 per quarter on a 2026 single-family listing, and $1,179 per quarter on a villa where the fee also covers insurance, irrigation water and street lights. Both include management, grounds, pest control, the recreation facilities, reserves, roads and gate security (MLS via BEX Realty, 2026). Pets were listed as conditional; ask for the current leasing rules before buying a rental.
Location
Southwest Florida International Airport is roughly 10 minutes away, and Gulf Coast Town Center, Florida Gulf Coast University and Topgolf are all close by.
