Hunters Ridge Golf and Country Club is a gated, low-density golf community in Bonita Springs (34135), near Bonita Beach Road and I-75. It covers about 275 acres and has roughly 550 homes. The community opened in the late 1980s around an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Gordon Lewis (Life in Bonita Springs; Naples Golf Guy, accessed Oct 2026). Neighborhoods include Egret Landing, Grand Pines, Hunters Lake, Hunters Ridge Villas, Pheasant Hollow and Silverthorn.
Homes and Prices
The housing mix covers single-family homes, villas and attached villas, coach homes and condominiums, many set along the fairways or lakes. A golf community guide listed single-family homes from about $490,000 to $930,000 and condos from about $369,000 to $675,000 (Naples Golf Guy, accessed Oct 2026). Lot position on the course and each neighborhood’s age and roof or renovation history account for much of the price spread.
Amenities and Lifestyle
The clubhouse has a formal dining room and a bar and grill, and there’s a resort-style pool with a pool bar, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, croquet, bocce and a driving range. Owners may keep their own golf carts (Naples Golf Guy).
HOA and Fees
Membership is tied to the property. Every home includes at least a social membership, and many carry a golf (charter) membership. Owners of social-membership homes can buy golf membership subject to a cap (Life in Bonita Springs, Oct 2026). One guide listed annual golf dues of $10,526 and social dues of $4,775, plus possible capital assessments and a food-and-beverage minimum (Naples Golf Guy, accessed Oct 2026). The Hunters Ridge Community Association runs golf, racquet and social programs from 28400 Hunters Ridge Blvd. Confirm whether a home carries golf or social membership, along with current dues and leasing rules, before you make an offer.
Location
Hunters Ridge is east of US 41, close to the Bonita Beach Road interchange on I-75. That puts Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach west along Bonita Beach Road, with Coconut Point and Southwest Florida International Airport to the north via I-75.
