BENT CREEK PRESERVE

Bent Creek Preserve is a gated neighborhood of single-family homes on Immokalee Road just east of Collier Boulevard (CR 951) in North Naples (ZIP 34120). CalAtlantic Homes opened it in the mid-2010s, and Lennar finished it after acquiring CalAtlantic. Most homes were built from 2016 to 2018 (Naples Condo Boutique, 2026). Its location within the Laurel Oak Elementary, Oakridge Middle and Gulf Coast High school zones made it popular with families when it opened (Lavish Listings, Mar 2016). School assignments can change, so confirm them with Collier County Public Schools.
Homes and Prices
CalAtlantic sold two collections: the Floresta Collection, priced from the $410,000s, and the larger Sanctuary Collection, from the $540,000s, at launch (Naples Condo Boutique, 2016). Homes are one- and two-story, with 2 to 5 bedrooms, up to 4 baths and roughly 2,000 to more than 4,500 square feet. Streets include Foxglove Lane, Glenforest Drive, Woodhurst Drive, Shadow Oak Lane and Greenleigh Court. Current resale prices are in the grid above.
Amenities and Lifestyle
The clubhouse overlooks a lake and has a fitness room, card room, community room and catering kitchen. Outside are a pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts and a covered play area (Naples Condo Boutique, 2026).
HOA and Fees
The Bent Creek Preserve Homeowners Association governs the community. We could not find a public association website. In 2016, dues were expected to rise once the amenities were finished (Lavish Listings, Mar 2016), so get the current assessment, leasing rules and any pending special assessments from the estoppel before you buy.
Location
Immokalee Road connects west to I-75 and North Naples shopping, and east toward Ave Maria. Collier Boulevard runs south to Golden Gate and Naples.
