Stonecreek is a gated GL Homes neighborhood in North Naples, ZIP code 34119, on Logan Boulevard just north of Riverstone. GL Homes planned 618 single-family homes across three collections, Regal, Vintage and Classic, with 19 floor plans (Gulf Coast RE Group; Naples Condo Boutique). Most homes in today’s resale market were completed between about 2018 and 2021.
Homes and Prices
When sales opened, the collections started in the $400,000s and $500,000s for homes of roughly 1,850 to 4,740 sq ft with two- and three-car garages (Naples Condo Boutique). Resale values have climbed well past that. In fall 2026, homes on Kensington Circle, Aurora Street, Aspen Chase Drive and Caldera Circle were asking from about $875,000 for a 2020 three-bedroom with den and 2,169 sq ft up to roughly $1.8 million for the largest pool homes (Subdivisions.com and MLS via Real Geeks, Oct 2026). A 2020 five-bedroom on Aurora Street with 3,359 sq ft was listed at $1,325,000 after a reduction (MLS, Oct 2026).
Amenities and Lifestyle
The 13,676 sq ft clubhouse holds a social hall, catering kitchen, indoor sports court, fitness center, and card, game and media rooms. Outside are a resort pool and lap pool, a wet play area for kids, five clay tennis courts, four pickleball courts, beach volleyball, a full basketball court, a lakeside pier and a tiki bar, run with a full-time activities director (Gulf Coast RE Group). Families are a big part of the buyer pool; listings assign Laurel Oak Elementary, Oakridge Middle and Aubrey Rogers High (MLS, Oct 2026).
HOA and Fees
Recent listings show HOA dues of $1,588 per quarter, about $6,352 a year, covering irrigation, lawn care, security, cable and internet, street maintenance, reserves and the recreation facilities (MLS, Oct 2026). There is no golf club or separate membership. Leasing has been limited to four leases a year with a 30-day minimum (Gulf Coast RE Group). We could not find a public association website.
Location
From I-75, take Immokalee Road (exit 111) east and turn north on Logan Boulevard. Mercato, Waterside Shops and Southwest Florida International Airport are all a reasonable drive, as are Barefoot Beach and Clam Pass.
