Quail West is a private golf and country club community of nearly 1,200 acres in north Naples, with 688 home sites behind a main gate staffed around the clock (Shannon Group, Oct 2026). It lies east of I-75 between Bonita Beach Road to the north and Immokalee Road to the south, with Naples 34119 addresses. The club dates to the early 1990s: the Lakes Course opened in 1992 and the Preserve Course in 1994 (Country Club Magazine, 2026).
Homes and Prices
Nearly everything here is a custom or semi-custom single-family estate, with some villa neighborhoods mixed in, built by firms including Stock Construction, London Bay Homes, Florida Lifestyle Homes, McGarvey Custom Homes and Diamond Custom Homes (Gulf Coast Real Estate Group, 2026). Stock Construction bought the remaining lots later in the community’s buildout (Shannon Group, Oct 2026), so you will see 1990s homes, full renovations and new builds on the same streets. When comparing, weigh lot view (lake, golf or preserve) and the age of the home as heavily as square footage.
Amenities and Lifestyle
Golf is 36 holes on two Arthur Hills courses, the Lakes and the Preserve, with the championship layout playing to 7,075 yards at par 72 (Paradise Coast, 2026). The roughly 70,000-square-foot clubhouse holds the golf shop, locker rooms, a salon and spa, fitness center, card rooms, dining and a pool, and there are eight red clay tennis courts (Gulf Coast Real Estate Group, 2026). Golf membership is capped at about 600 members (Shannon Group, Oct 2026).
HOA and Fees
Owners pay homeowners association dues plus club costs. Some resales advertise a transferable golf membership; one listing mentioned a $25,000 “golf in waiting” membership (Shannon Group, Oct 2026), which tells you that a waitlist for golf can exist. Get the current initiation, dues and any capital contribution schedule directly from Quail West Golf & Country Club before you write an offer.
Location
Bonita Beach Road and Immokalee Road both connect to I-75 within a short drive, which puts the shops on the U.S. 41 corridor and the Gulf beaches to the west within reach.
