Imperial Wilderness is a gated, 55+ RV and manufactured home resort in East Naples, ZIP code 34114, south of US-41 and east of Collier Boulevard (CR-951). Sites are organized as a condominium, and each owner holds title to a small lot, typically 35 by 70 or 35 by 75 feet, with water, sewer and electric hookups (MLS listings, 2025-2026). Street names follow a wildlife theme, from Cheetah Drive and Bobcat Run to Panther Pass Circle, with newer sections named Vanda Sanctuary and Cattleya Refuge.
Homes and Prices
Inventory falls into three groups: bare lots for an RV or a home up to about 40 feet, park models and expanded fifth-wheel units of one bedroom, and larger manufactured homes with two bedrooms, some on seawalled lake frontage. In fall 2026, vacant lots were offered at roughly $80,000 to $115,000 and homes from about $89,000 to $235,000 (Real Geeks MLS search, Oct 2026). A 960-square-foot 1990s park model on the lake was listed at $229,900, furnished (MLS listing, 2026).
Amenities and Lifestyle
Two heated pools with spas, one of them screened, anchor the recreation areas. The clubhouse holds a banquet room, library, game room and gym, and outside you will find tennis, pickleball, bocce, petanque and shuffleboard, a fishing pier, a nature trail and a memorial walking path. There are two dog parks and fenced storage for boats and RVs for an added fee. Golf carts are the usual way to get around, and residents keep a busy social calendar.
HOA and Fees
The Imperial Wilderness Condominium Association charges $898 per quarter, about $3,592 a year, which covers water, sewer, lawn care and irrigation, basic cable, trash and recycling, and the amenities (MLS listings, 2025-2026). Listings cite a limit of one pet up to 40 pounds. Ask for current rules on leasing and on RV versus permanent-home use before you buy. IWCA had no public website we could confirm as of October 2026.
Location
Publix, Walmart, Lowe’s and Aldi are roughly three miles away. Marco Island beaches are about 8 miles south, Naples beaches about 11 miles west, and Isles of Capri is close by (MLS listings, 2025-2026). Listings also state the park did not flood in recent hurricanes; verify with an elevation certificate.
