ENTRADA

Entrada, marketed as the Village at Entrada, is a gated community of 721 homes by D.R. Horton in northeast Cape Coral, in the Del Prado Boulevard North corridor (ZIP 33909). Unlike most of Cape Coral’s individually platted lots, Entrada was planned as one community with its own lakes, preserves and gated entry (Village at Entrada HOA, Oct 2026).
Homes and Prices
The homes are mostly one-story single-family and attached homes built in the 2010s and 2020s. Streets have Latin American names, such as Acapulco Circle, Amadora Circle, Baravaldo Circle, Cancun Court, Cozumel Court and Estancia Lane. Typical homes have three to four bedrooms, two baths and about 1,750 to 1,830 sq ft. The median sale price was about $350,000 across 23 sales in the 12 months before Oct 2026 (Momentum neighborhood data, Oct 2026). Many homes back onto a lake or preserve.
Amenities and Lifestyle
The main draws are the gated entry, the lakes and the preserve buffers, which are rare in northeast Cape Coral. Committees and a photo gallery on the HOA site show an active resident base. Buyers who want saltwater canal access should know Entrada is a freshwater, lake-based community, so boaters usually look at the Gulf-access parts of Cape Coral instead.
HOA and Fees
The Village at Entrada HOA is managed by Castle Group and runs its resident portal on TownSq. The portal has the governing documents, architectural review requests and a Sales and Leasing section. Leasing approval goes through the association, so investors should read the leasing rules before buying. We did not find a published fee schedule. Ask for the current quarterly assessment and confirm whether the home carries any special assessment.
Location
Del Prado Boulevard North runs to Pine Island Road (SR 78), which has the main shopping and restaurants in north Cape Coral. Diplomat Parkway and Kismet Parkway link west. To reach I-75 and Southwest Florida International Airport, drivers take Pine Island Road east or cross the river.
