Bell Tower Park is a gated community of 478 attached homes on 136 acres in the Daniels Corridor of south Fort Myers. Developer Robert Helmsley of Grosse Pointe Development started construction in 2003 and finished by 2008, and residents took over the association in early 2011 (Bell Tower Park POA, Oct 2026).
Homes and Prices
The community has two main home types: 288 carriage and condo homes and 190 courtyard homes and villas (Bell Tower Park POA, Oct 2026). Typical floor plans have 2 or 3 bedrooms, attached garages and screened lanais (My Sanibel Real Estate, 2026). Amenities and Lifestyle
The clubhouse has a media lounge, kitchen and bar, billiards, a library and a fitness center. Outside are two heated pools with spas, grilling areas, tennis and basketball courts, four pickleball courts, a bocce court and a playground. Nine lakes and two preserves run through the property, and a path connects to the Ten Mile Canal trail (Bell Tower Park POA, Oct 2026).
HOA and Fees
The Bell Tower Park Property Owners’ Association is the master association, and the carriage and courtyard sections have their own condominium associations, such as the Courtyard Homes at Bell Tower Park associations. Owners pay dues through the association’s online portal. The POA posts public sales and leasing documents and online forms, so review the leasing approval process there if you plan to rent the home. Fee amounts are not posted publicly.
Location
The community is close to US 41 and Daniels Parkway. Bell Tower Shops is nearby, and Daniels Parkway runs east to I-75 and Southwest Florida International Airport. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are reached by Summerlin Road and McGregor Boulevard.
