Meet the Broker Behind Estero SWFL
Estero SWFL is run by Sal DiBenedetto, a licensed real estate broker with Dibe Real Estate, brokered by eXp Realty. Sal works with buyers, sellers and investors throughout Estero, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples and the rest of Southwest Florida, and he built this site to give people the kind of honest, community-level information he wished existed when evaluating neighborhoods himself.
What sets Sal apart is his construction background. In addition to his real estate broker licenses in Florida and New York, he holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license and a Florida plumbing contractor license. That means when you are comparing a 2006 Toll Brothers home to new construction, weighing a roof or pool-cage replacement, or trying to understand hurricane repairs, you are getting advice from someone who knows how homes are actually built.
