The environmentalist that did the report, explained the below: Reference information for you regarding the wetland permitting for your property on 41st Ave NE is bulleted out below: • The wetlands are “isolated”, which means this site is a candidate for a “General” Permit that does not involve mitigation purchases.  • A general permit involves 9-12 months to complete and it would cost $4150 for our company to process it.  • I will note that the state agency that will be reviewing your permit application often seeks to invalidate accurate/correctly assessed wetlands delineations and may require an “Individual” Permit with mitigation – I would estimate that additional expense between $8K-$10K.
